Hi,
What I do not understand, is why you cannot create an Allied Race character on a realm where you do not have a level 110. It just baffles me. The races start at level 20, so it's not as if we're skipping the entire levelling system like a Demon Hunter is.
It seems extremely arbitrary and rather confusing.
Why is this a thing?
I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
